We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for immediate hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. This role will play a vital role in helping us build a strong workforce that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify technical staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining regular communication and providing feedback to candidates.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract and engage technical talent.
- Support in other HR functions (Onboarding process, Personnel and implementing ERP System)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience (1 to 3 Years) as a Technical recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in a technology-driven organization
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
